\u4f4e\u7a7a\u7f6e\u7387\u5bfc\u81f4\u79df\u8d41\u5e02\u573a\u7a00\u7f3a<\/h3>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6089\u5c3c\u79df\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u7a7a\u7f6e\u7387\u662f\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u6700\u4f4e\u7684\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.adviservoice.com.au\/2024\/09\/vacancy-rates-hold-steady-at-1-3\/\">\u5f98\u5f8a\u5728 1.3% \u5de6\u53f3<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u5c0f\u90e8\u5206\u51fa\u79df\u623f\u6e90\u53ef\u4f9b\u51fa\u79df\uff0c\u6f5c\u5728\u79df\u6237\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u6709\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5317\u90e8\u6d77\u6ee9\u548c\u8428\u745f\u5170\u90e1\u7b49\u70ed\u95e8\u5730\u533a\u7684\u7a7a\u7f6e\u7387\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u4f4e\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u751a\u81f3\u4f4e\u4e8e 1%\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u7a00\u7f3a\u6027\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u7ade\u4e89\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u79df\u623f\u8005\u5f88\u96be\u5728\u7406\u60f3\u5730\u6bb5\u627e\u5230\u4f4f\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u623f\u4ea7\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u6302\u724c\u540e\u51e0\u5929\u751a\u81f3\u51e0\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u5c31\u88ab\u79df\u51fa\u3002\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u548c\u65b0\u623f\u5f00\u53d1\u653e\u7f13\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u4f4e\u7a7a\u7f6e\u7387\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u8005\u90fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u6fc0\u70c8\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u79df\u8d41\u7269\u4e1a\u77ed\u7f3a<\/h3>\n<p>\u6089\u5c3c\u7684\u51fa\u79df\u623f\u77ed\u7f3a\u662f\u79df\u91d1\u4e0a\u6da8\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u629b\u552e\u6f6e\u5bfc\u81f4\u8bb8\u591a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u629b\u552e\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u623f\u4ef7\u4e0a\u6da8\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u83b7\u5229\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u53ef\u4f9b\u51fa\u79df\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u51cf\u5c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u81ea\u4f4f\u4e1a\u4e3b\u9009\u62e9\u6682\u65f6\u51fa\u552e\u5e76\u51fa\u79df\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u4f9b\u5e94\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u4e89\u593a\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u623f\u4ea7\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u6089\u5c3c\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u79df\u91d1\u521b\u4e0b\u65b0\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u79cd\u77ed\u7f3a\u5728\u9700\u6c42\u65fa\u76db\u7684\u5730\u533a\u5c24\u4e3a\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u79df\u623f\u8005\u7ecf\u5e38\u8981\u9762\u5bf9\u957f\u957f\u7684\u7b49\u5019\u540d\u5355\u548c\u7ade\u4ef7\u6218\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u623f\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u7f3a\u4e4f\u53ef\u4f9b\u51fa\u79df\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u79df\u623f\u8005\u8981\u4e48\u88ab\u8feb\u652f\u4ed8\u9ad8\u4ef7\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u8003\u8651\u4e0d\u592a\u65b9\u4fbf\u6216\u4ef7\u683c\u8f83\u4fbf\u5b9c\u7684\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u8fd9\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u8be5\u5e02\u7684\u79df\u623f\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>3. \u65b0\u516c\u5bd3\u5efa\u8bbe\u653e\u7f13<\/h3>\n<p>\u8fc7\u53bb\u51e0\u5e74\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5efa\u7b51\u6210\u672c\u4e0a\u6da8\u548c\u6750\u6599\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u671f\u623f<a \u6089\u5c3c\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u5e26\u6765\u538b\u529b<\/h3>\n<p>\u6089\u5c3c\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u6301\u7eed\u7a33\u6b65\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u751f\u3001\u6280\u672f\u5de5\u4eba\u548c\u90a3\u4e9b\u60f3\u4f4f\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u6700\u5177\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6d8c\u5165\u7ed9\u6089\u5c3c\u7684\u79df\u8d41\u5e02\u573a\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u989d\u5916\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u9760\u8fd1\u4e2d\u592e\u5546\u52a1\u533a\u548c\u4e3b\u8981\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u5730\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u5e02\u4eba\u53e3\u7684\u589e\u957f\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4f4f\u623f\u4f9b\u5e94\u7684\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u4f9b\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5c11\u3002\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7edf\u8ba1\u5c40\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u62a5\u544a\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u6089\u5c3c<a
