style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5728\u5f53\u4eca\u623f\u4ef7\u6301\u7eed\u6500\u5347\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\uff0c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenue.nsw.gov.au\/grants-schemes\/first-home-buyer\/first-home-owner-new-homes-grant\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u65b0\u5dde\u9996\u6b21\u7f6e\u4e1a\u8865\u8d34<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8ba1\u5212\u4e3a\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u652f\u6301\u3002\u4ece\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d\u5230\u73b0\u91d1\u8865\u52a9\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f18\u60e0\u653f\u7b56\u80fd\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u60a8\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u95e8\u69db\uff0c\u8ba9\u7f6e\u4e1a\u68a6\u60f3\u89e6\u624b\u53ef\u53ca\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u662f\u521a\u5f00\u59cb\u4e86\u89e3\u623f\u4ea7\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u5df2\u7ecf\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u9996\u6b21\u7f6e\u4e1a\u8865\u8d34\u5bf9\u5b9e\u73b0\u8d2d\u623f\u68a6\u60f3\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aceland.com.au\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ace Land<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u56e2\u961f\u5c06\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u7f6e\u4e1a\u65c5\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u6700\u5927\u5316\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u653f\u5e9c\u8865\u8d34\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u9996\u6b21\u7f6e\u4e1a\u8865\u8d34\uff1f<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u9996\u6b21\u7f6e\u4e1a\u8865\u8d34\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u7531\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u8d22\u653f\u652f\u6301\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u5e2e\u52a9\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revenue.nsw.gov.au\/grants-schemes\/first-home-buyer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u8005<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8d2d\u4e70\u6216\u5efa\u9020\u65b0\u623f\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u524d\u671f\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u62bc\u91d1\u6216\u5efa\u7b51\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u51cf\u8f7b\u8d22\u52a1\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8865\u8d34\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u70b9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.money.com.au\/home-loans\/first-home-buyer\/grants\"><b>\u8865\u52a9\u91d1\u989d<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u5408\u683c\u4e70\u5bb6\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97 10,000 \u6fb3\u5143\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u623f\u4ea7\u4ef7\u503c\u9650\u5236<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u65b0\u623f\uff1a\u4ef7\u503c\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc7 600,000 \u6fb3\u5143\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u571f\u5730\u548c\u5efa\u7b51\uff1a\u603b\u4ef7\u503c\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u8fc7 750,000 \u6fb3\u5143\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u5c45\u4f4f\u8981\u6c42<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u8d2d\u623f\u8005\u9700\u5728\u8d2d\u623f\u540e 12 \u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u5c06\u623f\u5c4b\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u4f4f\u6240\u81f3\u5c11\u5c45\u4f4f 6 \u4e2a\u6708\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u8d44\u683c\u6807\u51c6<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u9700\u4e3a\u5e74\u6ee1 18 \u5c81\u7684\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u516c\u6c11\u6216\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u4e14\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u7f6e\u4e1a\u8005\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5982\u4f55\u83b7\u5f97\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u7684\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nab.com.au\/personal\/life-moments\/home-property\/buy-first-home\/pre-approval\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6\u662f\u8d2d\u623f<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u4e86\u89e3\u501f\u8d37\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a\u60a8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e70\u5bb6\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u83b7\u5f97\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u8bc4\u4f30\u60a8\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u72b6\u51b5<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u6536\u96c6\u6709\u5173\u60a8\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3001\u652f\u51fa\u548c\u50a8\u84c4\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u7b26\u5408\u8d37\u6b3e\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u7814\u7a76\u8d37\u6b3e\u4eba<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u51c6\u5907\u6587\u4ef6<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6536\u5165\u8bc1\u660e\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u5bf9\u8d26\u5355\u548c\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u4e0e\u8d37\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c\u5b8c\u6210\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u4fe1\u7528\u68c0\u67e5\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u5ba1\u67e5\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6\u6761\u6b3e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u4e86\u89e3\u8d37\u6b3e\u91d1\u989d\u3001\u5229\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0e\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u5148\u6279\u51c6<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\uff1a\u4e00\u65e6\u83b7\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u60a8\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u653e\u5fc3\u5730\u641c\u7d22\u7b26\u5408\u60a8\u9884\u7b97\u7684\u623f\u4ea7\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span 400\">\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5dde\u4e0d\u4ec5\u63d0\u4f9b\u9996\u6b21\u7f6e\u4e1a\u8865\u8d34\uff0c\u8fd8\u62e5\u6709\u591a\u79cd\u5176\u4ed6\u6fc0\u52b1\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nsw.gov.au\/housing-and-construction\/buying-and-selling-property\/home-buying-assistance\/first-home-buyers-assistance-scheme\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5370\u82b1\u7a0e\u51cf\u514d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u548c\u5171\u4eab\u80a1\u6743\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u9996\u6b21\u8d2d\u623f\u7684\u95e8\u69db\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u5bf9\u65b0\u623f\u4e3b\u6700\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u5dde\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span
